so I wake up this morning..
and realize I screwed up two problems on my calculus test last night  Instead of getting critical numbers off the first derivative and plugging them into the second derivative, I did it backwards, got CN's off the second and plugged em into the first. It was so weird though, as soon as I woke up, it just popped into my head. So even though class is optional wednesday night (6pm), I have to be at school till 6 which is when my other class gets out, so I'll talk to the professor and just ask her if it will hurt me much. She's kinda wacky, so I figure if I tell her my story she'll get a good laugh instead of look at me like I'm retarded

you've got nothing to lose. if she says no, you'll just be in the same situation you're in now.
i aways hated second guessing myself after tests were over. while i hated math, it was my better subject. i loved language-based classes, and those i really had to put an effort into in order to get a decent grade. |
just tell her you got the answers from the mailman. but you caught him, and his body is decomposing in your lo-cker, mang.

Haha, welcome to the real world. It's not just tests that will trigger thoughts like that. I do some of my best programming while asleep. :help: I'll leave work knowing what I need to do first thing the next day but not sure how to do it. Then I'll wake up in the middle of the night with the solution. So that's a good sign if you ask me.

i always remember i forgot to do something or forgot to call someone while i'm trying to fall asleep. but then again i do my best studying on the can. if i cant concentrate while i'm studying i'll bring a textbook and some notes onto the can so i can ace that *****. [pun intended]

dude dude, you're doin it all wrong. Grab the criticals from the 1st derivative, then bust out a La Place transform to get the Eigen values, use Newton's first law to prove relative velocity, and square it. simple... |
