Getting deployed in January
 

The boss told me a few days ago. I'm getting deployed in Jan. to saudi arabia for 4 months. I might scramble to get the T/A done to make one pass before I go, but I don't know yet. I will be getting back right when atco starts getting sticky in late may = :)

Getting some nice change for staying that long.

Mods when I get back
roll cage
suspension(shocks/springs)
rotors/pads
Possible upgrade to NW 90 tb/fast 90 intake
lightwieght carpet
line lock
battery relocation

Untill then, I have a one more clean spot in my garage for a car of your nature. Drop it off sometime Monday.

keep your ass safe. i foretold september 12, 2001, that people would find out that the Saudis weren't really our 'friends'. while no one wants to spoil our 'friendship', it's come out, little by little, about their level of involvement in al-qaeda. so go over, marvel at the landscape, enjoy yourself but keep your guard up. and then come home.

saudi arabia is a crazy place. they dont take too kindly of people that are not their own. i know alot of people who are very close to me that were forced out of that country in the 80s due to religious persecution. they are a bunch of radicals over there so definately watch your ass. and thanks again for your service. hope too see you soon and if you need anyone to look after the TA let me know ;)

Thanks everyone. I will definitely NOT be going down town when I get over there. Work, eat, check the forums, study, play pool, and sleep are all I'm going to do

Last time I was there all I did was play pool. I got 2nd place in the 9 ball and 8 ball tournaments when I was there so I guess I could try that again if I get enough practise
