im closing in on 138k...i hope itll make it to 150 on the original engine/trans but i dunno if the trans'll make it

i dunno if my trans will make it to 180k but I hope so :lol:

I hope my LS1 will make 100k, oh wait it didnt... blew up already. Its going to the dealer in a few weeks to get a new one finally.

um......2677 miles but if it helps the motor blew with only 381 miles on it ;)

My 4Runner is over 155K with the original clutch still hanging in there. When you said 140K I thought you were referring to this:

coolant hose came off (i was taking the car back to the dealer for defects in the paint) i bought the car from Reedman in Langhorne, Pa and well, i melted the number four piston, cracked the block, and warped the head because it over heated....so i had to get towed an extra 1/4 mile to the dealer

damn... that sucks. all covered?

yes everything was covered and done pretty quick. the funny thing is that i was making fun of a mustang broke down on the side of the road and then no more than 2 miles later my **** blows up

not to get off topic or anything but why do all SRT owners swear that they don't own a neon.....pisses me off a bit......if you were ashamed of owning a neon why in the hell did you buy one?

well, you can look at the neon/srt argument 2 different ways. yes, its a neon body, but it doesnt say neon anywhere on it. I'm pretty sure the chassis is different too, could be wrong though. so the body is definitly neon, but the rest isnt.

ignore that... just went to dodge's website and neon and srt-4 are listed as seperate cars

There is not a single "Neon" badge on the SRT4 because Dodge does not want the name to gay up the image. Coming from a car that was cute with its "Hi, Im Neon" ads, trying to make it this monster compact with a Neon name on it could hurt it.
They use the same chassis, heavily revised suspension and stock rear lift kit too. ;)
