i have a ls1 w/minor mods and am wondering what kind of cam would go well w/these mods ... all i have done is an slp cold air induction package w/slp mass air flow sensor and an slp loudmouth exhaust ... any help would be great thanks

how do you intend to use the car?
there are people who run anything from mild to wild cam combos with othrwise stock engines.

do what termin8er (sp?) did and throw the rowdiest cam you can in there, spray it and poop all over everything.....figuratively of course

more info on the car would be good
year
transmission type
rear gearing
what size converter(if automatic)

at a minimum that would be good info...im assuming you have no headers so heres a great discussion about ls1 manifolds & cams that will work well http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/showth...=cam+manifolds have fun.

its a 2001 w/a 4l60e tranny stock converter and i believe 3.23 gear ratio .. i just brought headers for it but i havent got them yet ... i got hooker ls1 block huggers

I will strongly recommend a 3500+ converter before hand & tuning with pretty much any cam you decide on.
