Glad you guys like 'em. We firgured that with the increase in activity lately, some extra tech forums could come in handy.

Yeah. I think this is enough. Anymore and its overkill.

I don't foresee us adding any more forums for quite a while. Tim and I have always tried to be careful about making sure that we don't start adding forums like crazy, and have half of them only get new posts every other week. I won't say that the board will never get any more forums than it has now, however we will make sure there are enough members and enough activity on the forum to support any changes that we make.

njfbody was pretty bad with useless forums. north, central and south sightings forums??!?! gimme a break.

i dont like having to scroll past the events part...i keep clicking that on accident trying to go to the lounge

Actualy, twards the end, I had total control of the site, and deleted a lot. But the plans were already set in motion for this site, so I just stopped caring.

I think at the high point there were 24 different forums on that site, with a high of 375 members. We have 17 forums, and over 800 members. I think we are doing a bit better :)

I agree with Matt, stick the events forum at the bottom, that way it will smooth the transition from 3 main sub forums to 4 now
