dead lean @ idle/part throtle

with stock chip the car always ran in ideal yellow section of my a/f gauge,(idle or full but would lean out above 5,000 rpm and would sweep from lean to rich at part throttle)
when i raised the cr and ran the monster cam, i had a friend burn me a custom chip, car always ran a tad rich
now that im below the stock cr and back to stock cam, ive switched back to stock chip and the car is going dead lean at idle, lean enough as so it wont show on the gauge, and part throttle/crusing it goes lean on me, full throttle almost runs a tad rich.
u guys think this is a fuel system problem, or would the decreased cr along with the stock chip just make this thing go lean
