Great, fire jacket won't be here in time
E town new rule.... so I have heard....
Any aftermarket blower, turbo or if you run nitrous NO MATTER what you run, you must have a fire jacket. NHRA says 11.49 or quicker. I ordered one wednesday, 2 day shipping..... it will arrive monday?!?!?!?! It is in transit in ups's hands now. Sigh.... I'm spraying saturday... maybe because I know most of the tech inspectors there they might let me slide just this time |
Hmm, that's interesting. Should limit the amount of turbo hondas that show up....

thats surprising, summit is usually fantastic with their shipping. I would think it'd be there today unless you ordered it late wed.

its probably ups slacking extremely ive had times when theve had it at like 4 in the morning but they didnt delivery it till the next day.

I'm gonna give it a shot and try and race w/o one.
I'll even print out the reciept that I ordered one. Most of the tech's their know me... and it isn't an NHRA rule. We shall see what happens. |
If they really know you, they should have been requiring a full fire suit for you for a while now ;)
