What did I do

This weekend I went to North Jersey to take a motorcycle education and riding class, I passed and tomorrow I just go to the DMV and get it marked on my license. I rode bikes around for both days for 5 hours each day and I am in love.
Problem...I want a bike now..I have money for LT headers, y-pipe, and a dyno tune, I tried to make a schedule at TTP but they were busy when I called to make the appointment. Now I am stuck save my cash for a bike or make the appointment tomorrow. UGH I WANT BOTH!

Go to TTP. Your car will thank you.

Then save some cash for a cheap bike later.....

I took it through Rider Education of New Jersey the class was 250 bucks I took a 2day course, most are divided into 3. You spend half the day in a classroom discussing stuff and half the day on the bikes. Same thing the second day but you have to take the easiest written test ever as long as you paid attention (I got a 100) Then you have to take the actual riding tests which consist of 4 things, Braking to a stand still, Swerving, U-turn in a box, and taking a 130 degree turn. As long as you don't sweat it, its a piece of cake.

I agree this was the best class to take. I didn't know how to ride, and after the class I was better prepared for the open road. The best thing is that you don't have to go to the DMV to take the road test!

That class from what i hear is great, and friend of mine took it. I did it the other way and took the test at DMV in Eatontown. The DMV wasnt too bad but i also took it on a scooter and had experience ridin before i went

yea, i'm definately thinking of taking a class. only reason i'm hesitant is b/c my dad just took a spill on his bike a couple weeks ago. i don't think my parents would support an endeavor on my part...yet.

There are 2 kinds of riders those who have been down and those who will. I layed my bike down!
