Hrm, test vehicle?
Could be a handful of things, but its not a 5th gen under a 4th gen. Maybe a LS7 test car to just check tuning and increase performance here and there. Left over Camaro would be a cheap yet good platform to test the engine.

its a 99 SS with a M6 and a Dana 60. BMR suspension IIRC and some nice sticky tires. looks like a magnawhore exhaust out back too
