QTP cutouts

Are the QTP cutouts on backorder like the LT's. I ask becasue im gonna go down tommorow or some time soon and buy an electric cutout. Is it true the electric ones leak???

the QTP cut outs seem to seal pretty well from what i have seen and heard.
