well, i had the guy that i know weld my old stuff together. he said it would be strong as hell and i would prolly break something else before them. they turned out SWEEETTTT. he did an excellent job on em and only cost me 106.00!

nice, but it it was me, i would have had those tabs in the middle gusseted to a point further out in front. those welded up cracks are still a weak point and that bottom fin will tear or disform under large amounts of stress.

this is what i would have added..

lmao yeah thats alot,specially since it looks like they were mig welded

looks good but I dont think I would've reused those LCA's when you can get new ones for less then the price of that welding then gotten new tabs welded onto the new ones & maybe strenghtened up a bit. But yeah I wouldnt feel safe reusing the parts that broke once.

i woudltn worry about reusing them as long as u keep ur eye on them,did the shop put a new piece of tubing inside the broken tubing before they welded them back together????
