a 13 year old girl can not consent to having sex. She's a minor, in which case it's called STATUTORY rape. Also, it doesn't necessarily say that they went there to have sex the arranged to meet there.

Im well aware of the law. Consent is 16 but only if the other partner is within 3 years of 16. (being over)

But wait, except for age wat is the differance between an adult at age 18 and an adult at age 68. NOTHING in a legal sence. MYb morally but not legaly. A 16 yr. old can have sex with anyone older or within the guidlines of the law.
