homemade silencer for my paintball gun
 

i was bored the other day so i made this out of stuff i found around the garage...

Sometimes i do. That and i watched many episodes of Macguyver as a child, and to this day if i can catch it on tv i'll watch it again!

my buddy made one for his paintball gun. I dunno exactly how he did it, but it was just kinda like car muffler design. Drilled holes in a pattern to deaden the sound.

pretty cool though

I cannot view the file because the computer im using down here really sucks, but I gotta see this when I get back home. I have been contemplating making one for my RT Automag its got the accuracy, speed, distance (as many of the board members have seen ahem*Nick,Martin,Alex,Frank,j0n,etc*ahem but its not the quietest gun around.

I didnt know that the gun was that loud that it needed one? I thought that the mechanicles of just the gun operating would be noiser then the gun itself.

What makes the most noise is the Co2/Compressed air/Nitrogen leaving the gun. Everything else is pretty quiet :lol:

Dam that is sweet. Whatever you do don't tell Jon how you made it. That way if he trys to ambush my team again we'll never get the drop on his position! (even if he is behind sticker bushes)

we play at a Farm in colombus, behing my buddys house in Fieldsboro, and in my field (starting this winter) in North Hanover.

:lol: the funny thing is I am sitting here playin xbox paintball with the two guys who were helping me with that ambush. We are playing this sunday at On Target in Pemberton if either of you want to join us.
