i think he's still running stock injectors on it also.

smells like its running rich to me and black smoke is coming out... i told him to pay bill to tune it lol

BTW I doubt having the stock 98 injectors are holding him back that much.

his AFR was at like 12.8 and he said his injector duty was at 115% !

does he have a good fuel pump or a stocker? where is his timing set? what is his fuel pressure?
there is a lot of stuff that makes a tune wrong, and he aparently has the complete set. lol
