good dry/wet tires?

Right now the mustang has nitto 555's on it and they dont really like wet roads...i cant really go more than 1/4 throttle without it going sideways in first-third gear. so im looking for decent cheap tires (under $100 a piece preferably). snow traction is not a factor, as the car obviously wont be seeing snow.

I have Fuzion ZRi tires on the Lumina, and they were a huge jump in wet/dry traction from the previous all-seasons.

i just realized that i have old tires from my GP that are the same exact size, kumho ecsta ASXs...not much tread left on them but they were still good for rain when i took them off. so i think im gonna put 2 of them on the rear and see what happens. if they suck, ill just burn the **** out of them

X2. Nothing but positive from my experience. Excellent in the rain.

Just don't go for the ricer tread pattern LOL.

that tread pattern is found to provide excellent rain performance while still giving a large contact patch. i've heard only the best things about it.

these are 555 extreme ZR's...not sure what the diff is. they suck though, i actually spun the tires in 4th the other day on accident, just accelerating normalishly.
