heads arent '89... they appear to be perimeter style valve covers, so thats pre-87... hmmm what else doesnt match up, who knows, lol

They could also just have the conversions on them, as nice centerbolt valve covers are expensive.

take the rims and parking bench wing off and it'd look fine

That wing would look OK if the car was tubbed out and had a 'chute on it's azz end.
