4Th Gen Parking Brake Question

Does anybody have any pictures or shop manual diagrams on how the 4th gen parking brakes work?

I am converting my 2nd gen to use the LS1 rear discs and I would like to see how everything mounts. I currently have the parking brake handle, rear disc brake assemblies, brackets that mount to the rear for the parking brake cables and the two rear cables. I believe that I still need a middle cable and I would like to see what that cable looks like and how it connects to the parking brake handle and to the back cables.

-Thanks
