Stupid kids trespass, climb on property, get burned/shocked and win lawsuit! Railroad Car lawsuit This stuff is so ridiculous. These guys deserve nothing. If you're stupid enough to do dangerous stuff while trespassing on someone else's property you should get nothing!

if someone breaks into your house starts stealing stuff and your dog bites them they can sue you.

i wonder now if i can sue the highway department for my 4wheeling accident cause there was no caution sign on the trails i was riding on. of course i was driving recklessly and i was trespassing, but isnt that what these guys were doing?
