Little bit of rust.
 

Hey guys i was just wondering why the 3rd gen ground effects on the trans ams collect so much water. every time i move the car it seems like they dump out a hundred gallon tank onto my drivay. this makes me nervous. and also are the quarter panels and fenders a consumable item or is there actually a way to get them not to rust w/o repainting the entire car?

if you know certain spots where water collects, check and see if there are clogged drain holes, i know some have them, if there are none, by all means drill small holes underneath to allow the water to escape.
