Aluminum driveshaft possible to fit from 82-02?

Im on Ebay looking at aluminum driveshafts, and I noticed some say 93-02, and then some say 82-02, and 82-92, can someone help them make up there minds? which is is, are they compatible over the last 20 years of their production? Can someone elaborate this for me, cause I have not a clue on this.

driveshafts will interchange with 3rd and 4th gens

3rd gen aluminum driveshafts are thinner then ls1 aluminum drive shafts. Heres two pics to compare .... third gen 1LE on the right. LS1 driveshaft on the left, and the LS1 shafts aren't made by gm by the way.

I have an LS1 driveshaft, shoot me a PM if interested, and yes they are interchangeable.

All of the driveshafts that I know of are made by Three rivers (1 piece steel, LS1 and 1LE) and they are interchangable from 82 - 02.

i cant remember, but it broke because of my weird suspension setup, with no torque arm- long story short, the lcas broke, which cause my pinion angle to go 45* and SNAP goes the driveshaft!
