Check the UCAs. They like to steal tools and bolts.

actually, i was missing 5. 4 on the drivers side header, one on the pass side...2 of the other ones on the drivers side were loose. went to a speed shop and picked up some cheap header bolts to stick in there for now...it was a little loud. mustve lost some of the gasket though, cause its still leaking at the flange

oh and this was before i did anything to the headers. they just got loose and fell out apparently

heh at least when i bought it and it was untouched it was trouble free. It only started getting worse and worse when i touched it!
