Need DMV/Registration help!
 

no matter what i do, who i talk to, i can't get my 67 cutlass registered, the car never had a title and was registered in new york before i moved to jersey, now they say i have to go to ny, register and insure the car, and then transfer everything over to new jersey, but the catch is you also have to be a NY resident to do that, im stuck, anyone else have this problem???

NY doesn't have titles to older cars like that. Do you have the previous registration while it was in NY? You should be able to use that, along with a bill of sale, do a tracing of the VIN and NJ should be able to title it. You have to go to downtown Trenton to do a special title like that.
