Anti war rally - liberals should be proud

yesterday at the peacefull anti war rally the liberals who profess to be for the troops, when passing the disabled ones hurt in irak --- spit on them and were trying to get over the fences to beat them, threatened them after rally they would get them, calling them baby killers WOW did that bring it all back -- too bad Vietnam vets motorcycle club was not sought to do security --- the news about what happen would be national -- instead of just on fox -- no liberals selling fish rapping or soap even bothered to mention it at all -- and ****ING JANE was their again mouthing off --- JUST WHO was it again she said she was sorry -- 101st AIRBORNE 68/69 -- jz

PLEASE NOTE : on fox the vet telling what happened was a 2 tour Vet who on the second lost his leg to combat action -- to him -- LRB -- jz

Don't let me catch anyone doing that to a vet when I am around. >: (

I am vet, wanna try and spit on me...where is my 50 cal......

johnjzjz 01-30-2007 04:13 PM

it was on fox news this morning live -- with the Vet -- no one else carried it -- it means nothing to them --- they see a wounded combat vet as part of the problem not the terrorist -- the same mentality when i came home from Vietnam in 69 exists today fonda, surandan, and alike are garbage -- but not in a liberals eyes -- we are the garbage -- VETS -- jz

Pathetic.

It's one thing to be against the war, it's another thing to take it out on the people that are following orders.

****ing scumbags.

Regarding Hanoi Jane, nobody will ever forget her actions. I think it was last year when a pissed off Vietnam Vet waited in line at her book signing just to spit a mouthful of tobacco juice in her face. He has been quoted as saying he doesn't regret it at all, and that he did it for all the men who couldn't.

Just plain ridunculous. Apparently they've never heard of don't shoot the messenger...I mean as it has been said, whether for or against you MUST respect the armed forces.

well, I am against the war in Iraq, but there is no way in hell I would disrespect any member of the armed forces, past or present.

John it is you and the other vets that have the right to mouth off. I come from a long family list of Vets From WW1 to Vietnam. We as a family wont hear of that crap. The media is very selective of stories that have anything to do with what you dealt with when you came home. The way it looks it will continue with the current war Vets.

as a disabled vet i can tell you - it also continues in the VA as well -- we have always been looked upon incorectly -- and they do not let the vietnam era guys have anything to do with the now vets -- at lyons they are on a different side of the campus -- and we for the most part are are not welcome buy staff -- the guys well we are from the same cloth so to speak -- thanks for your thoughts -- everyone -- jz
