Beef in any form. Chicken doesn't really have a flavor all its own, it takes on whatever you put on it/cook it in. Venison is a close second.

Squirrel, Rabbit, and all those are too much work IMO. I don't like picking at bones for a half hour just to get a teaspoon of meat.

ive had and like all of the above but nothing beats good old beef... cuz its whats for dinner

for the price of bufflo you think it would be much better then it is.

I have. And rabbit, and baby goat, and a bunch of other wacky stuff. None as good as a well done porterhouse IMO. And by well done I mean prepared well- medium rare with a dry rub.
