You know what I F'n love? Having a jackass with 1 stripe more than me come in my shop and accuse me of something that I had nothing to do with. One of the guys in my shop on dayshift accepted the return of a tow vehicle that was low on gas. Our policy is if it comes back in low then the person who used it has to fill it up. Now if the guy on dayshift(who is a lazy piece of crap getting out for disciplinary reason) did his job I wouldn't be in this situation. He accepted it and took the tow vehicle out of the guys name. I issued it out tonight not knowing it's low on gas. Now it's the guy's job who's using it to check all the fluids before use. If the gas is low he is supposed to bring it in immediately and I will give him a new one, then I bitch out our dayshift guy for not doing his job. But he didn't and uses it, then 6 hours later tries to turn it in saying he got it with low gas. The other perseon I work with did her job and said did you tell SSgt. Jeffers(me) when he gave it to you. They said no, then she said I can't accept it and it needs to be filled up. An hour later they come in to turn tools in and thier boss(a TSgt.) accuses me of knowing the gas was low upon issue. This isn't the first time I've had this conversation with him. His guys are never wrong :rolleyes: I tell him if it was low they should have come in and told me and I would have given him a new one no questions asked. He tells me that he is doing me a favor by filling it up and that they won't be doing it again. I tell him they ARE going to fill it up if it's low and if they don't identify it with my personnel upon discovery it's your problem. No more excuses. Convo dies down then he walks out. I know for a fact I will be having this same convo with him in a few weeks because his guys don't know how to simply walk back into my building and say the gas is low. So now I'm having an F'ING STECTACULAR NIGHT AT WORK. He's got another thing coming if he thinks he's going to tell me what to do when it goes against our regulations.

I'm in the air force in a back shop that maintains the equipment that the guys use to work on planes.....that is until my time in here is up and I go back to woring on them too.

Mcguire is still the same only less manning by like 65% with the same mission so you can imagine the stress they put us under and don't care. But anyways lol.

I am in the Air Force to stationed at McGuire. Dude sounds like you got hosed like so many of the rest of us who get in trouble for someone else's s_t. :nod:

I got shipped overseas for 6 months because someone else decided it was too stressful to go :violin:

Just try and deal with it as best as you can.

I got out and left McGuire last March and got back in the music biz. I've pretty much been on the road for the last 12 months. It's good to be home, the road is fun and all, but it gets to you after a while lol So they reduced manning by 65%?! That's insane! What did they cut back the most? So what is there like one C-17 flying now? lol I had to unfortunately sell the Hawk last fall. The motor was about to let go and I didn't have the time to build up a new one. I wish I still had it, but I'm going to get another F-Body soon. How's your TA? I see you now have a Vette as well, very nice! What have you been up to?

Wow, sounds like you have been keeping yourself busy. Sorry to hear about the Hawk. Well, they cut 200 people out of my squadron which killed our flightline personnel. Force shaping made it impossible for alot of people to re-enlist so the only thing they could do was get out. It sucks. The T/A is doing good. It's pretty much restricted to a weekend/track car lol since I got the vette. I get 186 miles around town in the T/A lol so the vette is a godsend. The T/A is destined for an 11.1-2 or faster when I hit the track if everything goes well. So, we'll see :) I've just been working and working and hanging out with these crazy people lol.
