Yeah, that one confuses me too. Actually, all but the Yenko clone do.

It probably has never been titled or something like that.

One of the comments the guys made during a short run of Corvettes was the comparison of prices between AZ and FL. The FL auction prices seem far lower than AZ. The speculation is over the party atmosphere in AZ and the history there, versus FL.

If you're going to buy a car at a BJ auction, first qualify the documentation, but second, buy it in FL.

Some nice deals last night, in general, that may be true.

That 79 10th Anniv. T/A is not a surprise. Those have been steadily gaining in popularity.

I could have had a near perfect one in 1998 for $5k and I turned it down. Damn wedding & school costs.

I wouldn't take anything that low for my car. That car was pretty nice with some great documents and a crossram setup. It sold for $125K but they add the commission to make the numbers look better. It's tough to really tell what the market is doing but the well documented, #'s matching cars are still holding strong. The undocumented stuff is hurting for sure.

typical B-J style on the vehicle description too. saying it is a rare and desireably optioned vehicle without having any information about any of the rare options refered to.
what you can see from the picture is that it is an LG4 car, plain old 700R4 behind it, which means it most likely only has 2.73 gears(about an 80% equipment rate), the pictures show that it is a power window/mirror/lock car, and also has a not original head unit in it(looks like a sony)
so other than only having 14k miles and the good lookin black w/grey, i don't see anything that makes this car much more valuble than all the other early thirdgen T/A's for sale in the 3-5k range.
