can u ID these gears?

they came with my dads 67 firebird
the numbers on them are (k)3984826 and 15.41

you divide the pinion into the ring -- 15 / 41 = you counted incorrect or is a 2 something gear

41 divided by 15 = 2.73 gears....

i think the site that chevlle454 posted up said its a 3 series 2.73
