Fun Conversation with a co-worker
So I get an IM from a girl I work with this morning. She's been looking at getting a new car for a while, and she's been asking me about certain cars while she looks at them. I decide to mess with her this morning and see how freaked out I can get her......

Justin: every link under that picture of the white truck is a ford recall due to random fires
Justin: makes you feel real safe, huh?
Justin: year doesn't matter
Justin: they just recalled all of their 2007 diesel trucks for random exhaust fires
Justin: Ford = problems with fire

Ashley: 04 now im freaking out!
Justin: well, at least that isn't the worst year for the escape
Ashley: Ha omg
Justin: they recalled 600,000 from 01-03 for random fires started by the ABS system
Ashley: OMG
Ashley: ok now im officialy freaking out but thank you lol
Justin: well, you are the one who went and bought a car without researching it first
Ashley: i know but my friend has one, and his parents had one before that my aunt has a ford
Justin: ......and your point?
Ashley: well i figured it was okay
Justin: and now you know what happens when you assume
Ashley: Is there anything good u can say about it
Justin: they get decent milage for an SUV......when they aren't on fire

I know that everything I said wasn't 100% accurate, but it was still fun messing with her head. Our break is in 15 minutes....I'll see how she's doing then. Maybe assault her new car a little more.
