I was going to go Friday, but they changed the date of our quarterly release, so now I am heading out Saturday AM. Sunday is a waste.

Thinking about showing Sunday, weather permitting. I got stuck in the mud there a couple of years ago, where they forced me to park my car, and had to get pulled out by a tractor. Not fun. I won't go near that place if it is or has been raining.

Knipps 04-17-2007 04:11 PM

have you listened to the news at all recently?

ded71 04-17-2007 04:16 PM

Uh...Yeah, it is still a week and a half away there smart guy.

Fast92RS 04-17-2007 06:22 PM

I'll be there ready to spend... on what i have no idea...

JL8Jeff 04-18-2007 09:20 PM

I'm taking the 70 down on Sunday(weather permitting). I don't really care about the swap meet part but on Sunday you can get some parts really cheap or free if you're there late enough.

I was there on saturday with my father, his friend, and my brother. I was looking for an SS hood but only found one for $400 with chipped gel coat...F-that, I could get new for $500. My brother scored a set of new center caps for his ralley wheels, my dad got a few misc. parts for his vette as well as a HEI distributor, my dads friend scored a new Goodmark SS hood for his 68 camaro for $210, some weather stripping and other misc. stuff, and I got a deal on two breathers  I also later found out that we missed like half the swap meet, didn't know there were more rows on the other side of the track :-(
