simple 3rd gen ???
IROC-Z 350 tbi, single or dual rad fan
|
Too many things wrong with that statement. All TBI 3rd gens were single fan, 305 cars - no TBI 350 ever. '85 and '86 TPI cars were 305s, and had single fans. '87-'92 305 and 350 TPI cars came with dual fans.
Hope that helps ya! |
ok...heres the problem...its a tbi outta a 91 caprice in a 87 camaro...so i was tring to get the closest idea to a camaro...cause its in a camaro...which passed a block test, the collant is flowing, the thermostat was replaced 3 days ago, and its still super heating the coolant and causing it to boil back into the collant resovior

Is the fan turning on? Did everything work OK before the 350 was swapped in?
|
fan is not working...idk about funtionality cause it was purchased from a crack head who bought it that way
|
if the fan isnt workin their is your problem.. replace it with what ever you want, its better then a non functioning fan..
|
fan switch? relay? fan itself? wiring? did you check those?
and I'm not really sure if there was a question in the first post or what. But a single fan is sufficient enough to keep the motor cool... |
checked the relay and wires...need to jump it to check the relay
