Mixture of white vinegar and water....smells nasty for a day or two but does a great job.

heat gun and razor blade

other stuff works but my way is cheapest (if you have a heat gun or hair dryer)

goof off..then take a razor and carefully take it off..goof off isnt enough, u need a blade

If you use a razor blade, say good bye to your defroster grid

i would have used wax & grease remover, but probably because i have a gallon can of it with my tools. it also goes by various other names, like "prep sol", preparation solvent (if you say it fast it sounds like "preps all"), and, of course, every paint system has their own variation, like dupont's chromabase it's known as 3900. no matter what the name on the can, this stuff will remove just about anything. if you have to remove a bumper sticker from a painted surface, i would suggest testing it on an area that's not visible (like under the car or a door jamb, under the trunklid, etc) because it is fairly aggressive - although i've never had it take off clearcoat.
