Motor Mount Date Codes?

i was looking at the motor mounts i jsut removed from my car and they are date and part number stamped. is this something that would be important to someone doing a resto or should they jsut be throw away?
one is dated dec. 75 and the other was jan 76 if that makes any difference.

If you are doing a full councourse-resto, everything that is date coded needs to be present. If you are modifying the car then it is not worth it.

Isn't your '76 a clamshell mount car? If so, why would you get rid of them? You can open them up and install poly mounts.
