Car got keyed ;(

so i was at work last night im a waiter at the venetian in garfield and the car was there after i washed and waxed it. this morning my dad said some one scratched my car. i ran outside and see a key mark about a foot long than stopped than like antoehr 9 inches. those two lines went straight to the metal and there were some other marks that i buffed out.
the question is how do i repair it do i have to get the whole door repainted or can i just fix the scrtatch??

damn nouri, that sucks bro
see if you can just fix the scratch with some touch up paint, if it doesnt come out good, just get it repainted

Just huh? Rattle can flat black ftw.

no way the touch up paint will come out looking anywhere near good. it's just a temporary fix until you can get the panel repainted. then, if it's the door, say, get the fender and quarter blended to match the new paint. it costs a little bit extra, but it's well worth it. even the best wizard paint match will still be a 'little off'.

Sucks to hear man. The whole driver's side of my sister's old Grand Am got keyed and we had to get it repainted.

well, the good news is, if you work at the venetian, you know where garfield auto center is almost right across the street. go in there and ask for john and tell him that melissa sent you there. he does some amazing paint work.

That is terrible. Maybe this can help:

That's for bigger projects though.

Hope the a$$ that did it drops dead. I hate those people that are so jealous they destroy what they cant have.

You can also swing down 46 into Lodi and stop into Mizzoni's on the eastbound side. It's Steve Mizzoni's (1RawTA) family business. Steve is there all the time and I'm there full time for the summer, part time during school.

Ya like ted said.. come down the shop and we can take care of it.... luckily the car is black so we wont have to worry about blending any adjacent panels.... so therefor if the scratch is just on the door we can just paint the door and you wont have to worry about blending into the fender or 1/4 panel
