which tires?

i have a set of 15x10 rims with beadlocks that i got for 50 bucks. should i go with drag radials or slicks? i still have the stock 10 bolt but i am going to sturdy that up. and if i have exactly 30 inches in my wheel well width wise, can i go with a 29 inch tire, or should i stick with 28?

Track only wheels or street as well?

Slicks are not D.O.T legal, nor are they safe for everyday driving.

no only for the track, i have 2 sets of rims for the street im good there

Either way you can kiss the 10 bolt good-bye, so go for slicks!

He's got a 2nd gen, and an 8.5" ten bolt - not nearly as many worries as us 3rd and 4th gen guys have.

10.5W will fit in stock wheel wells? i have no tubs or anything special, just ladder bars and a set of edelbrock performer ias shocks+subframe connectors

My 78Z had trouble fitting 28" tires, but the BS on the rims was about an inch too little.
