How much $ to have a bike painted?
 

I'm lookin at an older bike that has really low miliage and is in great shape at a good price, my problem is, its ugly as **** :) About how much would it cost to have it stripped and repainted? I've never had any kind of vehical painted so I couldnt even make a guestimate, $100, $5,000... I have no idea.

my dad built a custom bike a few years back, he had this sick paint on it, it was almost like a chameleon color, but he said it cost him $1300 in 96-97
