True but I guess it wont be AS destructive

I cant make out the concept drawings...i mean how the hell does thing steer ... i know im showing my ignorance but i dont see how this woould work.

It explains it a little. Its hand/foot steering, handle and foot pedal in combination form tight or not so tight turns.

Though it doesn't look to have handles in the concepts heh.
