 don't know who makes them, but they look like 20s |

 the round kind i'd say 18 maybe 19 on reeeeal low profile tires. I don't know what style they are like the title asked though. |

 They are HP Evo's & A.Z.A Z-02's . You can get them in 18's & 19's.  I've seen them on www.wheelmax.com & a few other places. |
