awesome day even though it was a pain the arse. my belt tensioner is weak so my belt flew off and made me over heat. put it back on and still it was idling at 220 degrees. normal is 180. so i did a quick and dirty fix by removing the t-stat and that fixed the issue.
finished that just in time to do the timed trials and got first place and fastest street car of the day:

i missed overall FTD (race car porsche 2200 lbs, goodyear slicks) by .5 seconds. The car has that in it but i needed a little more practice and more balls.

Scott looks great the car seems to be working pretty good not a whole lot of imputs going on looks nice and smooth. I cant wait to drive my car again but I need to finish the garage Im building. any way good driving yesterday. I envy your hp/lbs ratio. talk to you later

have you considered using the katech (or similar) tensioner?

wow thats wierd....lol

i have one even though i dont think i would have belt problems yet (stock internal motor) its a good LOOKING part for the time being and will be a necessity in the future

finally installed. easiest install ever :) kickin myself for not buying it sooner even though i knew it was an issue.
