Oldness and Drugs FTW!!!!!

So -
Diazapam - 20 mg
triazalam - 25 mg

Naprosyn - 500 mg
Valium - 5 mg

Me--->

First two drugs are for removing my wisdom teeth later today. I had two taken out a couple weeks ago but the ones today are impacted so - more drugs YAY!!!!

Second two drugs are for an inflamed rotator cuff. My left shoulder gave out Saturday - got progressively worse - had to remove my wedding ring because my arm, shoulder and hand swelled up bad - things are slowly getting better.

The shoulder thing sucks.... if I laugh, it hurts, if I breathe deep - it hurts, if I move it, it hurts....... but, doc's rules, no "strenuous work" for 2 weeks - no mowng the lawn, raking leaves, doing the garbage, doing the laundry, etc..... and my wife was there for that, hee hee hee

And, the BEST med's I get...... is the nitrous oxide at the dentist in a couple hours!!!!

Weak.

I had all four of mine pulled when I was in high school. A day or two of soft food, but otherwise back to regular chores, school, yard work, etc. the next day. No getting out of work for my teeth.

i had them done and the next day i was watching my lessons from the lobby. it was pretty cool i got to talk to all the kids parents...... found out one of my kids was riding a bike but pretending he couldn't steer the horse that slacker! :rofl:
i was weak but did manage to teach one lesson.....

It was for the shoulder that he's not allowed to do chores. But the doc only said for 1 week, he was trying to increase it, lol.

He's still in pain from the wisdoms. The roots were wrapped around other roots so it took a lot longer and a lot more involved than originally thought. Percoset wasn't helping as much as we'd expect, so he took the diazapam (generic Valium) and pain has lessened quite a bit.

Every other thread you make is about medical work being done to you...can you just get a replacement carbon fiber body? :lol:

what do you take for your bleeding vagina miss?... i dropped a 70 pound dumbbell on my neck/chest last night when my shoulder ruptured and popped out during flat presses...lost complete feeling in my right arm, but not fast enough for me to set new best on deadlift :w00t:

Well, go set yourself on fire then ;)

diazepam and valium are the same thing james ;) either way painkillers/sedatives ftw!

im debating on whether or not to get my wisdom teeth out, one is impacted but they dont really bother me . a few weeks ago i had a dull throbbing pain in my lower left jaw but i went away after a week. i also have a deviated septum but i dont know how bad it it.

*edit*

valium = weak sauce.

percoset, oxycontin, neurontin, soma - these are real drugs. doc is talking about putting me on opana or kadian instead of the oxy. i wonder, since they are so closely related... he says the oxy is about 10 times the strength of straight morphine. :rofl:

NumberTwo 11-06-2007 08:24 PM

Its really all about Dilaudid. I get some here and there when my back hurts and man do they work.

Anti_Rice_Guy 11-06-2007 08:26 PM

<---- Has only been under anaesthesia once, never taken pain meds stronger than Advil (never used the prescription when I got my wisdom teeth out)
