Tru2Chevy 11-14-2007 06:25 PM

That won't be necessary.....I'm gonna attempt to fix my sister in-law's old laptop tomorrow for my wife to use. If that doesn't work, I'll be talking to you about this one.

if interested ill buy it for 250.00

PolarBear 12-10-2007 06:19 PM

I cant let it go for that much at this point in time, sorry.

Also I used it again on battery to test, getting 2+ hours on it depending what I did with it. I also put a clean (No trialware) version of XP on it and did all the updates, like you are getting a new laptop!

how does it run in general? I've been out of the PC loop for a while, but will be forced to buy one just to run photoshop elements and some business programs. Most importantly is I can't afford to have it have any HD or RAM problems. Not gonna be using for much, but what I will be is very important, can't have it crash.

Knipps 02-02-2008 01:42 AM

melissa, this will work for photoshop just keep in mind the RAM will be a little on the low side
it shouldn't have a problem running, but chances are it may be slower

RAM swaps in newer laptops are easy, i did mine in 2 minutes

Still for sale? I'll take it.
