fuel pump
 
i just got my racetronix fuel pump in how hard is it to drop the tank to install it? also if you have any tips let me know thanx

Which kit did you get? Dropping the tank is a bit of a PITA, having another person is a big plus! But I'd rather drop the tank then to cut the access panel as some do. Just drain out as much fuel as you can, you need to remove the heat sheilds and panhard rods. Depending on you muffler/exhaust you might need to drop that too. With some of the pumps you have to cut open, grind out so of the stock plastic bucket and glue it back together in order to get the new pump in. Not too hard, just take your time.
