go with 3.5" up front.....rears can be 8 or 10....what size tire do you plan on running?

No, no....WAY too small for you. That tire is for a 6.5" wide wheel, and it's only 23" tall.....

If you want to run a 15x8 rear wheel, you can run the 255/60/15, but that is a 27" tall tire (stock size is ~25.6").

I would say to step up to the 15x10 wheel and run a 275/50/15....that's a 26.1" tall tire, so it's only slightly taller than stock.

You can easily correct your speedo for any height tire with HP Tuners (I thought you mentioned before that you had it), but if you run a taller tire it will feel like you have a little less gear. So a 27" tire might hurt you too much at the track compared to a 26" tire.
