cold weather = no fun on bike.

the actual feeling cold part isnt bad, i just dress for the weather. But when i crack on it in 1st, it likes to spin, and when i shift aggressively into 2nd gear or clutch it in 2nd gear to bring it up, it spins. i guess i'll have to chill out or wait until it gets above 50 again. when its warm it doesnt do that. and i dont wanna do burnouts to warm the tire up all the time, (like the one i did on the wooden bridge on my way home tonight) lol

haha, my friend scott had only a bike for his mod of transportation last year, now that was stupid. I can imagine how cold it can feel at 50 on a bike man, so I give you props for it Ron

I remember I used to ride my dirt bike in the winter, it wasn't that bad, but I can imagine with what your saying.

camaro2you 12-28-2007 10:02 AM

Ron your tires dont warm up at all even during a decent amount of riding?

98tadriver 12-28-2007 11:12 AM

im sure the tires warm up but when the road is low 30s that doesnt help lol

same thing in my car, it just comes to a point where the road is too cold to put some power down, it just spins Ill be out on it today! 50 degrees WOOT!
