SEATS

What year F-body seats (front and back) directly fit into my 1994? Anything 93+?

maroman88 01-22-2008 08:33 AM

all 82-02 seats are interchangable

usp55 01-22-2008 09:16 AM

tx, I figured the fronts wouldn’t be a prob but maybe the back buckets were a little different

Mike 01-22-2008 09:17 AM

nope no problem at all, i have third gen rear seats in my 99

BonzoHansen 01-22-2008 05:55 PM

The 99 seats I have will. ;)

Only issue with the back seats would be that a split bench seat was available in 80's that incorporated a hinge rivited in the driveshaft hump. Also the lap belt was turned into a shoulder style in 88. I highly doubt that these would be any issues with you.

Other then that and wiring changes to the connector with the power front seats, they are interchangeable.

IIRC, all you need is the bracket for the split seat. I remember putting a split seat from an 85 in my 82.

Does it have to be leather? I've got all that, but cloth, from a 99.

usp55 01-23-2008 09:02 AM

I would like it to be leather. I the the grey two tone now in ok shape except the drivers seat.

has anyone seen these?
They dont look that bad especially the two tone greay on grey that they have pictured.

Knipps 01-23-2008 09:22 AM

they're seat covers, don't seem to fit too snug either IMO
