New pics of engine compartment
 
Not much differant than last year. New headers and now has a motor plate instead of stock mounts. Should be running tonight.

Yup, those are the headers. They fit like a glove.

saw your car at numedia..anyway i saw your old headers and with those bigger primaries u should pick up a BUNCH on spray!!!:wink:

Yeah, they should help. The heads and intake have also been ported since last year along with a new cam actually ground for the spray. The car should also be around 100 pounds lighter. The torque converter was also slipping 18% last year. If all goes well it should be time for the 25.5 cage.

I made the plate that bolts to the firewall out of 1/8" aluminum. It bolts on through the 4 factory holes. It has 2 additional holes that the master cylinder bolts through. These 2 bolts go through the firewall and the pedal assembly. I also moved the pushrod up 1" on the brake pedal. A modified the length of the pushrod to work. The pushrod dosen't go into the s-10 master cyl. as far as the stock one so I welded a piece of metal across the pedal assembly that keeps the pushrod from being able to drop out of the master cylinder.
