REALLY NICE looking 3rd Gen. You wonder WHY someone would trade in their "BABY" to a dealer? I'am quite sure that there is a $3,900 or MORE mark-up in that asking price! When you have something that nice, you should be able to have people you know, that might be willing to pay a lot more than what the dealer gives you for it wholesale! The only option I would NOT want in my car is what comes after the word CONSOLE(in the seller's description). Also check out the RED 35th Anniversary SS Camaro in the background.

yea but also look at the other cars on the lot. maybe the dealer is an fbody fan

Sharp color combination and awesome looking interior. Still can't understand why the 3rd Gens suffer such low resale when compared to other Generation FBodys?

I disagree Ed, well partially. The REALLY nice ones aren't fetching big bucks yet the rat trap, mediocre ones seem to worth gold to their owners. Seems like everything thirdgen asking price is $5500,

But Tony they are 305 cars.. they are only worth what $1,500 AND a bag of skittles? that first guy probably got anal raped trading in that first car..if he knew what they were asking he would probably be hitting the bottle of Jack..hard..sorry ..just adding my little rant to the discussion

A friend emailed the guy, he said he was offered $6500 and that his reserve wasn't much higher than that. The seller is on crack, for the right thirdgenner that car is very easily worth $10K+

That's why we'll see it at B/J next year :rollseye:
