Anyone with egr/air pump/emissions disabled

I'm looking to disable my egr/air pump/emissons through a tuner program when i get one and remove them but before i do i'd like to know if anyone has done this and wether or not they picked up on it during inspection with our wonderful dmv. thanks

If you delete those emissions parts and tune the codes out, the only way inspection will catch it is if they do an underhood check and notice something missing.

If it is tuned out properly it shows up on the Inspection print out sheet as Unused/Not used..
