LT Headers, full bolt ons.

Ok so I need a little help, I'm thinking about buying headers to complete my exhaust, I have SLP loudmouth catback and I was thinking going with slp long tube headers and y-pipe. But Im confused because the website says it makes ground clearance better by 1-1 and half inches, but I read on ls1.com that they really make everything lower and makes you bottom out more with a lowered car. So I want to know if anyone has any suggestions to help me out.

Also I'm going for full bolt ons and if anybody has a list of everything.

Thanks.

Save your money and buy a different set of headers that perform just as well if not better. Those things are 850+ and it doesn't include the cats. I used to have them on my t/a, but I wasn't lowered.
