You can find this crap all over Florida. I saw tons in the Tampa area last year. Most that I saw were early to mid-90s sedans like Malibus, corollas, etc. The 3 I remember most were coming out of Channel Side. They were following each other down the road weaving in and out with the passengers hanging out the windows and sitting on the doors. What a craptacular display that was.

The reason for doing that is flood protection. with the twenty fo's on it and the camaro's 4x4-like ride height from the factory. it has more than ample ground clearance.
