24hr Tie Breaker Vote - Car of the Month
 

Since we never thought of what to do in case of a tie in the vote, I'm doing a 24 hour tiebreaker vote just between the two cars that tied. If this vote is also a tie, then I'll choose the photo that was submitted first.

Not on a 3rd gen (especially Camaro). Otherwise I think that car is gorgeous.

i like it because everyone in the world puts a cowl hood on their camaro. you never see anything else. but maybe thats why you never see the ram air because nobody likes it....:lol:

I have to go with the 3rd gen....theres too many damn 4th gens already. the hood isn't that bad but it definitely doesn't belong

Since this is "picture" of the month and the voting is also based on the picture itself, the first pic needs more contrast. It would be much nicer edited some. The 2nd pic is obviously edited, its got a bunch more contrast, the colors are brighter, the blacks are black and the highlights are bright. The first picture is too gray, the colors in the leaves don't pop like they should. Fall pictures are great, but you have to edit the picture to make it not look muddy. Unfortunately, since we're visual creatures, a really great picture of an ok car will always win over an ok picture of a really great car. I'm not saying thats the case here, just saying that technicalities in photographs spread farther than taking the picture and uploading it directly from the camera.

I actually like that hood... i was on the verge of ordering that for my previous third gen bird. But, i think that particular hood was more less designed for the third gen Firebird/TA rather than a Camaro cuz the maro's body lines are just so "square-like". Some guy prolly had the idea of putting it on a camaro, and thats why they are in prod. Same goes for the fourth gen style for the camaro... it looks good, but would not mesh with the body lines, which is why I got a Sunoco Cowl (sold it tho). Thanks for the votes people :)
